Our rooms are all newly renovated and pet friendly.
All rates are inclusive of breakfast where you can choose from our cold buffet breakfast selection as well as a full hot menu. All our breakfasts are made with local produce and cooked to order.
Guests are invited to start their day in our light and welcoming dining room, then kick back and relax after a day of exploring the dales in front of the open fire in our guest lounge. Wifi is available in all rooms and communal areas.
Check in is from 3pm – 8pm on date of arrival and we ask guests to please check out by 10.30am on their departure date. Late check-ins or checkout’s may be requested and will be accommodated where possible.
We have a car park at the back of the house with one parking space available per room reservation.
Room 1

Room 3
The biggest of our rooms in the main farm house with impressive views over the gardens and the Pennine Way. Room three can be booked with an adjoining twin room, perfect for a group looking to share or as a family room.

Room 4
A cosy double room filled with character at the front of the outbuilding with views over the gardens.

We do accept pets in room four however, if you are looking for a longer stay with your four legged friend we recommend one of our larger rooms for your comfort.
